Louis Chênevert is a former CEO of United Technologies Corporation, or UTC. Also, he was formerly the president of Pratt and Whitney Canada. His education was gained at HEC Montréal, a subsidiary of the Business School of the University of Montréal to earn a bachelor’s degree in production management. Chênevert received an honorary doctorate from HEC Montréal-May 2011, a year in which he was also named Person of the Year by Aviation Week & Space Technology, a US aviation trade magazine. In 2012 he had been elected the Business Council’s Vice-Chairman of the Executive Committee. Further into the past in 1999, Chênevert was elected Pratt and Whitney’s president after working there six years. Prior to this election, Chênevert had worked at General Motors 14 years. Fast-forwarding, in March 2006, he was elected Chairman and CEO of United Technologies Corporation or UTC.

The American office of UTC is in Hartford, Connecticut. Chênevert has a reputation of paying out fair wages to employees no matter what’s going on. He was able to raise stock shares from $37 to $117 at UTC. UTC is in the business of assembling the most advanced jet engines we have today for both commercial and military uses. UTC owns Otis, which is the world’s biggest elevator and escalator company in the world.

Also, UTC is a $63 billion industrial powerhouse. Their stock symbol is UTX. They stay on top of things without abandoning the place it came from, or oppressing its workers. In January 2010, Chênevert was elected chairman of UTC and he is also known as Chief Executive Officer of UTC. UTC didn’t make huge investments in the corporation’s workforce and technology. Chênevert had relocated hundreds of aerospace engineers back into Connecticut, where there is a U.S. headquarters. Chênevert doesn’t lay off engineers like other North American companies. UTC also caters to various users in various markets through new product creation. Connecticut has a reputation for not being a cheap placed to do business in. UTC has never missed a dividend payment in 77 years, able to raise its pay out by 10%. UTC manages to reconcile the interests of shareholders, stakeholders, and customers to stay on top.

José Auriemo Neto’s Successful Contribution to JHSF

JHSF was founded in 1972. It is known to be the leader in real-estate business in Brazil. Its target market includes commercial and residential markets, management and development of hotels, shopping malls, and international executive hotels. JHSF success can be attributed to its ability to identify upcoming business opportunities and develop them. Their aim is to be innovative, daring, and to provide quality and sustainable solutions to the projects they work on.

JHSF was founded by two brothers; Fabio and Jose Roberto Auriemo together with two other partners. In 1990, the company was divided into two, one dealing with construction and another one with real estate development and inception.

JHSF consists of four main business units: Hotels and Restaurant Fasano, Malls, Incorporates, and Executive Airport. The firm has grown its operations over the years to Salvador, Manaus, and Sao Paulo. JHSF is known to produce some of the quality projects like Catarina Integrated Urban Projects and five shopping centers in Brazil. They focus on being innovative through projects like introducing of the use of natural lights, being keen on delivering quality service and fine cuisine, and their stores face the garden.

JHSF success can be attributed to prioritization of recurrent income assets. It has established over 6 million square meters of projects that deal with real estate projects. Some of their famous building that they have developed are 815 in New York and Las Piedra’s residential condominium in Punta del Este in Uruguay. It is valued at $1.20 billion as at 2017.

José Auriemo Neto serves JHSF Participacoes SA as its chairman and CEO. His responsibilities include being the brand overseer of hotels, buildings and public development, administering the company retail portfolios and shopping complex. He has contributed significantly to JHSF by leading the company to sign a partnership agreement with Pucci, Hermes, and other luxury brands like Valentino stores in Brazil.

José Auriemo Neto graduated at Fundação Armando Álvares Penteado (FAAP) University which is located in Sao Paulo. His career began in JHSF. In 1997, he founded the JHSF service department which is a parking lot management. In 1998 Auriemo developed the company’s’ first shopping destination. He has successfully led the development of the Shopping Santa Cruz.

Cassio Audi is Brazilian Legend in Rock Music

Cassio Audi was a Brazilian musical artist whose music became popular in the mid-80s and early 90s. He is a native of Brazil and currently resides in Sao Paulo. Cassio Audi’s genre was rock music, and it earned him fame in the entertainment industry. He initiated his musical career in 1985 and formed a band of four known as the Viper.

Cassio Audi’s music career

Cassio Audi and his band composed some of the best lyrics that brought to live rock music. He was instrumental in enhancing the acceptance of rock music, which at the time was not popular. Cassio Audi’s band was experienced in playing various musical instruments, such as the guitars and drums. Cassio was the leader of the group and loved to play drums. Cassio Audi also helped compose songs and worked in collaboration with his colleague Andres to produce signature music.

Cassio Audi and his band played music in numerous concerts in various parts of Brazil, and this earned them recognition in the industry. He was also the lead vocalist in the band. Cassio Audi and his team produced their first album “Soldiers of the Sun” in 1987. His compositions, such as “Princess from Death,” “Nightmare,” and “Killeria” were also featured on the album making it the best seller at the time. With the launch of their album came numerous tours within Brazil and the surrounding countries. Cassio Audi’s performances attracted various individuals from all ages and walks of life due to his excellent vocals and drumming skills. In 1989, the band launched a second album “Theatre of Fate,” which acquired international recognition. He later left the band to pursue undergraduate studies at the Pontificia Universidade Catolica. Upon his departure, other members of the Vipers also left to pursue new frontiers. Cassio Audi is remembered for his contributions in the acceptance of rock music among the conservatives in Brazil.
