Cassio Audi was a Brazilian musical artist whose music became popular in the mid-80s and early 90s. He is a native of Brazil and currently resides in Sao Paulo. Cassio Audi’s genre was rock music, and it earned him fame in the entertainment industry. He initiated his musical career in 1985 and formed a band of four known as the Viper.

Cassio Audi and his team produced their first album “Soldiers of the Sun” in 1987. His compositions, such as “Princess from Death,” “Nightmare,” and “Killeria” were also featured on the album making it the best seller at the time. With the launch of their album came numerous tours within Brazil and the surrounding countries. Cassio Audi’s performances attracted various individuals from all ages and walks of life due to his excellent vocals and drumming skills. In 1989, the band launched a second album “Theatre of Fate,” which acquired international recognition. He later left the band to pursue undergraduate studies at the Pontificia Universidade Catolica. Upon his departure, other members of the Vipers also left to pursue new frontiers. Cassio Audi is remembered for his contributions in the acceptance of rock music among the conservatives in Brazil.

Next, it could share ownership with Univision as there were three seats reserved in the Board of Directors for people from Televisa At this time, Univision was going through a financial crisis. They were suffering from debt. Besides, they had many layoffs too and were close to getting bankrupt. This is why the company opened up and allowed other companies to buy some part of it. Hence Televisa stepped in and bought some part of it. This deal was a win-win situation for both the sides. Televisa made profits. Univision was able to reclaim its presence among the Hispanics in the United States.
Televisa owns 49% of Univision today. Soon they would be the majority shareholder of this company. Besides, their programs are doing well too. Their viewership ratings are good across all households. The quality of reception is good too. The founder of Univision was the grandfather of the current chief executive officer of Televisa, namely, Emilio Azcarraga Jean.
